Global M&A activity witnessed a strong comeback in 2010 with aggregate volume and deal count figures surpassing 2009 levels.   With the economy improving there is growing optimism on Wall Street that ideal activity will increase in 2011.

In the current economic climate, many companies will want to take advantage of opportunistic situations to expand market share at attractive valuations.  However, the inherent challenge is that mergers and acquisitions are complex and require a significant amount of a company’s time and resources to execute successfully.

This seminar is geared to help risk managers, and others responsible for risk management due diligence develop a level of preparedness.  It will also provide the capabilities to help you identify, address and provide options relating to risk and insurance issues that can effect negotiations and the success of a merger, acquisition or divestiture..

We’re pleased to have a panel of knowledgeable experts who have worked on M&A engagements across a broad spectrum of industries and in most regions of the world.  Our panel discussion will feature lessons learned and obstacles to avoid in the M&A due diligence process.  The panel will be sharing their candid opinions on what you need to be aware of and the potential range of risk management solutions available to help manage unwanted risks or exposures in the sale and purchase agreement.

You can’t afford to miss this informative meeting.
