Once you have registered for the meeting, you will be included in the headcount for the meeting and are responsible for payment. We can only refund registration fees if we receive the cancellation request at least 48 hours before the meeting. Even if you have not yet made payment after your online registration, you must notify us in writing if you can not attend or you will be invoiced. This policy must be strictly enforced; our meeting venue sets up and charges the NY Chapter by the 'head'.
Please contact NY RIMS Administrator, to obtain a refund if you wish to cancel prior to 48 hours before the meeting.
